So I bought every saw palmetto supplement on the market. Took them religiously. Waited for my hair to stop thinning.


Nothing changed.


Not because saw palmetto doesn't work. It does.


But because my follicles were locked behind scar tissue and asleep from vitamin D deficiency.

Your follicles are surrounded by scar tissue from years of relaxers.


That scar tissue forms a thick protein wall around each follicle. And regular biotin the building block your follicles need to grow — is too large to penetrate that wall.


Regular biotin is 244 Daltons. Your scarred follicle walls only let molecules under 150 Daltons through.


So you're blocking DHT... but your follicles are locked behind a wall and can't access the biotin they need to grow.
